Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Woven Story. As many of our items are handmade and customized, this policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available.

1. Customized Jewelry

  • All customized/personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

2. Non-Custom Jewelry

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
  • Unused and unworn;
  • In original packaging; and
  • Free from damage caused by mishandling.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours or after production/shipping begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
