1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS notification. A second notification with a tracking link will be sent after your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We proudly offer delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1,999 → Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹1,999 → Flat rate: ₹69
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available on select locations
- COD Fee: ₹50 per order

4. Tracking Your Shipment
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s system.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us immediately.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

WovenStory is not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Unreachable recipient
- Wrong contact number
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
Our courier partners make 2–3 attempts to deliver the package.
If the shipment is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unavailability of the customer
- Wrong address provided
→ The customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

Delivery may be delayed due to:
