Section 2 :- Our Products (Handmade & Customized Jewelry)

  • All jewelry is handmade and may vary slightly from product photos. Natural variations in color, size, or finish are part of the uniqueness of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
  • For customized orders, we produce items according to the specifications you provide. Once customization has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time or limit quantities offered.

Section 3 :- Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once we process your payment and send a confirmation.
  • Woven Story reserves the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or product unavailability).
  • Please carefully review order details before submitting.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 4 :- Prices and Billing

  • Non-Custom Jewelry: Eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production starts, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Section 7 :- Jewelry Care

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals to preserve your jewelry.
  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Note: Woven Story does not provide any warranties. All items are sold as-is, except where consumer protection laws apply.

Section 8 :- Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content, and branding on our website and social media belong to Woven Story. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without permission.

Section 9 :- Relationship with Shopify

Woven Story is powered by Shopify, but your purchases are with us directly. Shopify is not responsible for your orders, transactions, or disputes.
